How do I order?
Navigate our secure website, or use the 'Search' box to look for products. Once you have found the right product for you, simply add it to your basket and go to our secure checkout pages. The process steps are easy to follow and simply marked.
How do I pay?
You can make secure payments with popular Debit/Credit Cards and by PayPal. All payments are subject to fraud screening and we constantly update our website security measures in line with industry standards.
Do I have to create an account to be able to buy from you?
You can create and account or use our secure For example, you can enter and edit your address book with your billing and delivery addresses, you can view your order history and use previous order details to make repeat orders, or edit a previous order and use it as the basis for your next order. You also can download invoices and keep track of your orders you placed with us.
What is the 'Join Our Newsletter'?
Sign-up to our newsletter either by entering your email into the field at the bottom of the website or during checkout. Stay up to date with latest news, product information and exclusive special offers.
When will my order be dispatched?
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and depending on the delivery service you have selected at checkout. Our fulfilment centre in the South of England is operating Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch your order on the same working day and latest the following working day. For all Next Day delivery services, your order will be guaranteed dispatched on the same working day if your order is placed before 5pm. If you place your order after 5pm or on a non-working day, your order will be dispatched the following working day.
Some products have a longer delivery time, which is stated on the product page and indicated at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders to all UK Mainland delivery postcodes are usually delivered the following working day after dispatch. To Non-UK Mainland postcodes including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and British Isles are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
We keep you posted once your order is dispatched and you can track the progress of your delivery.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are made by our selected 3rd Party parcel courier partners and they deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (excluding bank holidays).
Can I track my order?
We send you full tracking details, once your order has left us. You can check the progress of your delivery and we will keep you also informed.
What if I'm out when you try to deliver?
In case you are out, our delivery partners would leave a card and you can arrange redelivery with them. Some send you advance delivery information which allows you to advise them to deliver another day or to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
You can also contact us and we can speak directly to the courier.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
We send all our orders on premium parcel courier services that require a signature upon receipt.
Will I be charged per item, package or delivery?
Only one flat fee delivery charge applies per order and delivery destination. There is also a Free Delivery option available to UK Mainland postcodes.
Can I have a separate billing and delivery address?
Your billing address must match the address where your Debit/Credit card is registered. During checkout, you can specify a separate delivery address.
Can I change my delivery date or location?
If you want to change your delivery date or delivery location, please contact us as soon as possible. We require these requests in writing by email. This depends on the status of your delivery and if your order has already left our fulfilment centre.
My delivery is missing items or items are damaged. What should I do?
In case you are missing parcels or received a damage parcel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to resolve the issue quickly. If parcels are delivered and appear not in good condition, we need you to sign for them as ‘damaged’ with the courier.
Do you deliver to outside the UK?
Yes, we can deliver to all EU countries. If you are interested in receiving delivery in another EU country, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
Can I collect my order from you?
All our orders are delivery only.
Can I edit my account details?
Yes, you can. Please login to your account. The only thing you cannot edit is your email address as this is also your account number. If you have a new email address, please create a new account.
I forgot my account password. What do I do?
Click on account and type in your email address. You can see a link to retrieve your password.
I cannot find what I’m looking for?
In case you cannot find the product you are looking for, use the search function on top of the page and type in your search phrase. If this does not return the desired products, simply contact us and we will be happy to help.
